Job Type: Part Time – Remote

Responsibilities:

Currently seeking a full stack developer on a part time basis with the potential of a full time position down the line.  This is a remote position with flexible hours. The Full Stack Web Developer will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and growing applications for clients.  Should be comfortable designing new websites and applications with an emphasis on back-end development and troubleshooting complex issues.  You will also need to be proficient with website migrations, managing email servers, and DNS records as needed.  Critically you will be responsible for staying up to date with all available web and cloud services and be able to leverage them as needed to best serve clients needs.  We are platform agnostic here at Catalyst42 so we expect you to be not only flexible and adaptable but also willing and eager to find the best solution for every situation.

Requirements:

Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.

Experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications by evaluating client needs, analyzing requirements, and developing software systems.

Knowledge of  HTML, PHP, Javascript, MySQL, Woocommerce, WordPress, and CDN’s.

What’s the role?

Catalyst42 is currently seeking an illustrator or graphic artist to aid in the completion of a series of instructional posters.  The goal is to clearly communicate multi-step processes through a series of frames.

Clearly illustrate people, hands, implements and machinery to show proper use alongside but independent of a written description of the action.

Translate reference photos, videos and descriptions into illustrations that tell a story.

Produce a compelling artistic style while prioritizing the instructional nature of the work.  We’re not looking for basic and boring, we need someone to make instructional posters something people enjoy looking at and learning from.

Maintain a consistent style across multiple sets of posters, you should be available for future work.

Skills: 

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or any other software needed to produce vector or very high resolution illustrations.

Graphic Design and Communication Design skills are a plus, along with Adobe InDesign these skills will allow for a broadened scope of work available.
